We host a variety of events for teachers of disciplines that are complimentary to Zen practice, such as yoga, kirtan, and aikido. Registration for, and participation in such events is managed by the guest group leader.

2025 Healing the Heart: Yin Yoga and Meditation with Kali Durga

Kali will bring us together as Sangha (spiritual family) to be held by the ancient teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine (5 Element Theory) and Zen Buddhism. This Yin Yoga and Meditation Spring Retreat will re-establish essential foundations for all of us to uplevel our relationship to a life lived in mindfulness.
